Naman Bazine

Composition :
Each sterile Lyophilized vial contains:
Dacarbazine USP 200 mg
Anhydrous Citric Acid USP 200 mg
Mannitol USP 80 mg
Sodium Hydroxide USP q.s.
Hydrochloric Acid USP q.s.

Dosage: As directed by an Oncologist.

Storage: Store the vials in the original
carton between 2°C and 8°C (36°F to 46°F).
Protect from light.

for detailed dosage, directions for use and
precautions.

RECONSTITUTION: Reconstitute with
19.7 ml of sterile Water for Injection USP
to get a concentration of 10 mg / ml of
Dacarbazine.

Note: Use within 8 hours of Reconstitution
when store in room temparture.

Discard any unused portion.

Keep out of reach of children.
